I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Design Communications, Ltd.
Interview
Overall this was a disorganized process. The person responsible for the phone pre-screen forgot about our scheduled call, though I was able to get a hold of her later and she was apologetic. The main interviewers then rescheduled twice and had very limited availability (the rescheduling resulted in me having to take multiple days off work at my other job, missing out on a good amount of money and bothering all my coworkers with shift changes).
In the interview, it quickly became apparent that the pre-screener didn't convey important information to the onsite interviewers regarding the role I was applying for. The VP was something of a jerk and seemed to already have his mind made up before meeting me. Huge waste of time, ugly culture.
