Phone interview was pleasant. Interviewer was pleasant at physical interview. I was given a tour of the office. I was asked to bring a portfolio and describe different problems that I had solved on previous design jobs.

Interviewer gave a list of items that would need to be completed within a specified amount of time. Was asked to decide which tasks I would take on myself, as project manager, and which tasks I would assign to junior staff.
