Interview
First I completed a survey of sorts that asked about my specialties and experience. Then after about 2 weeks I received an email with the details of a creative challenge assignment. After submitting that, I was offered an interview with a creative director a couple weeks later, and about 3 weeks after the interview I was offered the job.

Interview
The interview process felt fair and asked the right questions, with a sample project that felt like a nice show of skills without feeling like unpaid labor. There were sometimes long periods between email responses but overall good experience
