Be ready to go the distance. Did 4 interviews I believe, plus a presentation for a one-year contract position. They are thorough. Also, getting invited for "a final, informal interview" isn't what it sounds like, it is a formal interview and they are talking to more than just you. Lengthy process but good people it seems like.

Very robotic. You are shown questions 15 mins in advance and then the interview is simply them asking you each of those questions. There was not a lot of discussion or opportunity to input beyond what was being asked

Interview
I had one interview with Destination BC. After the initial round, HR reached out and scheduled a second round of interview with me. After 3 hours, I received another email saying they had to cancel the interview because they have other candidates.
