Detroit Receiving Hospital interview questions

Personable, open to questions. It was more like a conversation rather than an interview. I was asked why I wanted to work there a couple of times and had to repeat myself. Other than that, it was not bad. I believe the level of experience has a lot to do with getting hired, but I could be wrong as there have been many inexperienced recent graduates hired after me. There was only one interview and I decided to accept the job as I was determined to leave my position at the former job.

The recruiter calls to set up an interview. I then met with the nurse manager over the ICUs at DRH for an interview. After it was over, she stated the recruiter will be in contact in the next 2 to 3 days to tell me the next steps.
