Unstructured, without clarity on the number or sequence of rounds.
1. Screening with hiring manager
2. Product case round with a PM
3. Culture round with designer
4. Culture round with engineer
5. Supposedly behavioral round with a PM
6. A panel round (never got to it)
The entire process took ~45 days after which I got a rejection mail. During this period I had to chase the HR numerous times just to get an update. Surprisingly, the 5th round that was supposed to be a behavioral round turned out to be a product case round because the interviewer was not aware of the type of round. They need to improve their recruiting process.
