I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deviget in Jan 2024
Interview
The HR interviewer scheduled a 1 hour interview with me and the interview only lasted 10 minutes. It was obvious that she didn't want to interview me anymore. She started the interview by talking quickly about the company and the project, and asked me to talk quickly. Whenever I started to speak she interrupted me saying: speak faster and I don't want to hear about it. I answered two questions and she interrupted me both times and started being rude to me. I think it was one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had in my 13-year career. Why be so rude and treat developers this way? What gain did she have by doing this? Could it be that she had already selected the candidates she wanted for the position, and this interview was just to fill her schedule to show her boss/client that she is working hard?

Interview
The HR contacted me and they took 3 weeks and 2 interviews and 1 salary proposal to say that I was not approved to be a Fullstack developer, when I actually applied for a backend developer position, and they knew it. Why was my CV sent to the client who wanted a fullstack developer?
