Had a first interview with HR, then a meeting with the final client, a more technical one. The process was average, as any outsourcing company works essencially. The technical one was only with the client, still waiting for feedback from both
I was offered the position,
but when I attempted to negotiate with HR, I did not receive any response. I also tried calling her several times to follow up on our discussion, but she never answered my calls or got back to me afterward.
The hiring process included 3 rounds, first round was an HR interview, second round was an online assesment on maths and English, third round was a technical interview with a specialist
