there are 3 round 1 HR, 2 nd Technical and 3 rd is partner round and each round is good but they judge by communication skills not by knowledge. that's it from side

First was written test in including psychometric test........

Little lenient basis
Too much paper work
First written test, then hr round , finally technical and manager round.
Great
I wasn't selected but it was a great experience so i would advice people to work there as an employee. Everyone had a good nature and they were treating the interviewees very nicely.
