I spoke with the recruiter, things went well. They had me speak with a Hiring Manager, that went well also and I was told I would be moving to full interview. Weeks went by with nothing. I pinged the recruiter after 2 weeks and was told the job was still open and I was still in the running. Another two weeks went by and I got an email from the automated system telling me I was rejected.
Super disappointed to be ghosted and then sent to the auto system mid way through the interview loop when everything seemed to be going well. Super unprofessional on their part. Prob will not be looking for jobs here again.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Recruiter asked the usual BS. HM asked me about relevant experience.
Easy. It was just one to one tech interview about the project you have done. No coding and presentation is required. Just technical questions in depth. I just went through half of the interview process.

Question 1
What was the latest challenge you had in your job?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dexcom (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Interview was straight forward, personality based and nothing too technical. However too many red flags to count. For one, the hiring manager made the initial interview feel like an interrogation not an interview. Lots of business buzz words, little substance. Second round of interviews was better but was with nobody in the direct group so not that useful for understanding about the job. People seemed very stressed. Finally, was extended a 72 hour exploding offer. Request for extension was only granted but only for one extra day and the recruiter told me they would just go with the second person. Did not feel valued as an applicant. Counteroffers were not entertained. Finally, when I requested a follow up call with the hiring manager I was frequently cut off mid sentence, sensed an angry tone, and at one point was told "Your job is to make me look good, my job is to make my boss look good." Who says that?
Hard pass.
