Dexis Program Associate interview questions

Started with a brief video screening with the recruiter that went pretty well, but I heard no answer back from them about whether I'd be moving forward in the process. Weeks later I received an email saying they selected another candidate.

I had a poor experience with this interview process. The recruiting associate arrived late to my first interview(without a courtesy email to let me know). The second email had scenario questions that made me believe that the work environment is not good (how would you respond to an email asking for information you don't have access to and your manager is out of the office and can't be reached). I had two interviews and no one had followed up with me afterwards with an update. Also, the recruiter sent me an email for an interview that was for another candidate and didn't have the courtesy to let me know that the interview request wasn't for me until I reached out and asked. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time only to not have a courtesy update about the position.
