Dexter + Chaney interview questions

Applied online and received a phone call from one of the managers. Was told they would love for me to come in and interview. A few days later I went in to interview with 3 people. They told me more about the role and how they were trying to add more younger people to their team. They asked about how I comfortable I was with talking on the phone because you're basically helping customers all day.
