Dhanlaxmi Bank interview questions

Was referred by a recruiter.And was called for a direct interview. Lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were general and aimed at assessing my exposure and skill level in HR operational areas

Interview was relatively smooth as I was referred by one of my ex-supervisors. The HR round was also pretty simple with an unexperienced junior HR manager doing the screening. Overall I would say that the process was smooth, may be since it was not a big brand, and the bank was looking for good guys from the market.
