I received an online assessment from CodeSignal, and nailed it(Basically some data structure and algro). Then had an one-on-one interview with their engineer. The whole interview was good, he explained me what to do and what’s the expectations, and I finished it through the guidance. At the end, he told me that my coding skill was good but not familiar enough with the Leetcode, since the way I chose it’s not the ‘perfect answer’. Kinda makes me felt like they prefer people know how to memorise all the answers instead of people with high talents. That’s just my opinion, hope it’s helpful for other applicants.
