DiGiSPICE Automation Engineer interview questions

I went to this organisation through a reference , my first round was face to face taken by a person, then they called me next day for next round. I told them to please conduct that round within 1PM to 2PM and they scheduled it at 1-2PM. I Went there before 1PM next day, they did not start next round till 1:30PM. And then the concern person(May be HR or Technical) came to me to told that our office shift is 9 Hours but you have to stay more than 10 hours. Then i told can timing is flexible, means if i stay late then I can come late tomorrow. Then they said no, office timing is 9AM and you leave office 9PM . Then I said "it's oky if it happen 2 or 3 days in a week and 10 or 12 days in a month" but they said "No, you have to stay late daily". I don't want to say yes at that time but just for next round experience i said "Yes". I sit there, No one comes to me till 2PM. Then I left. Even after that they Didn't call me for anything. Conclusion: If you guys don't want to hire a person then why are you wasting his/her valuable time.
