The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Dia&Co (South Hadley, MA) in June 2022
Interview
The interview process was extremely lengthy. I spent about 6+ hours in interviews with various people. I also completed a 4 hr design challenge and 1 hr presentation to the whole team as well. The whole interview process took over a month.
Everyone was very friendly. After waiting a week, I was told that they would not be extending an offer. No feedback was given.
Great! Loved the conversations and questions about fashion. I was able to ask questions and be heard, and felt very comfortable and apart of the company already prior to being hired.

Question 1
What can you bring to dia?
How do you stay organized?
How do you stay on trend?
Whata your favorite outfit to wear?
How’d you hear about us?
I was most disappointed about the lack of professionalism in letting me know whether I got the job or not. I never got a call or email telling me I didn’t get the position, and instead was left indefinitely hanging. I was told when I was leaving the interview that I would hear back within a week. I followed up multiple times by email, which were all ignored. I would have appreciated even a generic rejection email. It left a sour taste in my mouth about the company that they didn’t respect their candidates time enough to follow up, after I invested hours interviewing with them. Just rude.
