Entrevista en formato de charla, muy tranquila (fue con HR). Dinámica en inglés presentándome los productos con los que trabajan y haciendo pingpong con mis posibles aportes. Explicó la dinámica con el equipo para el cual estaba aplicando y las expectativas del rol.

Recruiter set up a phone interview and then never showed, or rescheduled. Follow up emails were not responded to. People spend a lot of time researching companies and submitting resumes. When a recruiter ghosts a potential candidate it is not a good look for the company.
