With Hiring Mananger- Hiring Manager's background was from a service based company and he had good technical knowledge but it seemed like he wanted to constantly undermine your answers, even if you answered correctly, he would re-phrase the same answer in a different way and make it seem like you missed something
2. DSA round - Very easy, 2 leetcode easy problems
3. Tech depth round- A conversation on design and various technologies
4. VP round- VP was the most technical sound person and felt like an person with good managerial skills- This round was also conversation on tech- File systems, computer architecture and Search indexing algos.
Got an offer which was a lowball for a SSE, the HR team failed to understand Listed stock units hold value after multiple attempts and did not consider that into compensation increment.
Feedback from ex employees and current employees(Talked to about 10 people) was mostly negative with the common theme of management not knowing how to run a company and judging people on poor KPIs.
