I heard from reviews and Reddit that this company could be a potential pyramid scheme. They asked me to relocate and commute long distances while I applied for marketing. They intend to put me in the sales position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Diamond AdvanEdge (Sugar Land, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
I interviewed with Diamond AdvanEdge but decided not to accept the position due to several red flags. The owner denied it being an MLM, despite many online reviews claiming otherwise. The role involved selling outdated AT&T phone plans to businesses, which contradicts modern trends favoring affordable, AI-integrated systems.
I was also expected to cover daily commuting costs to the office and client locations, with no PTO offered. Additionally, multiple former employees online allege they were never paid.
I recommend thoroughly researching this company before getting involved.

Interview
Very friendly and light. First interview is just getting to know you and getting a feel for what type of worker you are. I go in for my second interview tomorrow.
