I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Diamond Cellar (Dublin, OH) in Aug 2024
Interview
Had 3 interviews ( each of them increasing in length ) and then was completely ghosted along with someone else I knew interviewed for the same position.
During the final interview, was informed that they run a lean crew, which generally means overworked without compensation, and was told that it you're given time for lunch - a quick 20/30-minute lunch at your desk - and you would put in 45 - 50 hours and go home! There's no late nights and rarely weekends.

Question 1
Tell me what's important to you about a job, besides culture.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Diamond Cellar (Columbus, OH) in May 2023
Interview
Overall interview process took long because of the antiquated practices (filling out a paper form application, getting drug tested, meeting several people including the owner). I received a job offer but during a pre-negotiations call, an executive was offended that I had other job offers and I was considering / weighing my options as far as benefits and other factors. Accused me of dragging out the process and using him as a stock horse for negotiations. Very bad experience. They ended up rescinding the job offer 2 hours after the call and posted the job again immediately.

Question 1
What was the hardest you've ever worked on a project?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Diamond Cellar
Interview
The interview process is unnecessarily long because of how “old school” of a process they use. It took 2 months for me to finish the interview process, doing an interview each week during that timeframe.
