I was really excited about a role at Diamond Foundry/VRAI—it honestly felt like a dream job with a great team. Unfortunately, the recruiting process was handled poorly, especially when it came to scheduling the interviews.
Both of the calendar invites I received only had me listed as the attendee, which caused a lot of confusion. I wasn’t sure if the interviewers were even invited or knew about the meetings. Despite reaching out to the recruiter to get clarity, communication was slow, and one of the interviews didn’t happen because no one showed up.
Overall, the lack of organization during the process left a pretty negative impression. If this is how they treat candidates, imagine being an employee—no thanks.
