Dictate IT interview questions

It was Ok. Had a Phone interview then a face to face interview. Was called back for a further face to face interview which included some written tests.

The interview was purely a formal conversation based interview held by a very professional and thorough member of staff. There wasn't any practical element to the interview and a lot of the questions weren't particularly relevant to the role.
