Digi-Key Electronics interview questions

Short, painless, extremely unprofessional. Responded at very inappropriate times without ability to follow up. First email was responded to out of office. Rejection came at 3 AM. I don’t understand their process at all.

Initial round was 30 minutes with recruiter, then the second round was 45 minutes with 2 managers. Both were friendly behavioral interviews with pretty standard questions. Asked about goals, experiences, courses, and projects.
