The interview experience was initially good. In the first round it was senior manager round trying to know my experience and expertise with the skills and it went through well. And in the second round it was again a technical round with more deep skill analysis and it went extremely well. But I was ghosted by the employer after my second round. Had lots of expectations and hopes, tried to mail the HR multiple times requesting for feedback but got no reply. Really disappointing for this kind of firm to ghost candidates in such a way. I have an advise to the management if you don’t want to hire then please don’t take interviews, it wastes candidates time and efforts. And every candidate is supposed to receive a feedback for their interview.
