Meeting setting on site with an HR Representative as well as a Team Leader , The process was smooth and the questions flowed well in terms of the role. Overall Prepare answers to questions regarding Your technical ability, strengths and weaknesses. Also do research regarding your role , even though you are trainned well , You will need some background knowledge about online gambling and customer service experience.
