Digital Additive interview questions

A very long process from Jan 11th, when I applied till March 18th when I had a real interview. First, there is a skills test that you have to take. The test is about 45 minutes. Second, there is a phone interview. HR wants to know how your experience can apply to the position. Third, you will be offered a 2 hour interview with Account Mangers and Executives. You will have to fill out an application for employment, then provide contact information for references. Fourth, is waiting for the call-back. It takes around 2(ish) weeks.

The hiring manager was professional and prompt. But during the phone interview, it just seemed as though they wanted to know more about the structure, benefits, and workload of my past employer for their own gain, rather than learn about me.
