I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Digital Systems Installation (Anaheim, CA) in June 2010
Interview
I applied to this position online. I got an email from them saying that they have reviewed my resume and they would like to set up an interview. I scheduled an interview for that same day! They seemed to be interviewing like crazy because as I got there a young man was leaving, as I was waiting in the lobby, another candidate came in, and as I was leaving someone else was arriving...all looked to be in interview attire and had a piece of paper (a resume, I assume) in hand. I checked in with the receptionist, she had me fill out a paper application, and then the so-called managed came to bring me back to her office to interview. The interview lasted all of maybe 2 minutes. She looked at my resume, asked when I was available, and if I'd be interested in sales. I said I'm available as soon as they need me, and yes, I was interested in sales. She said she's like to invite me back to a second interview the next Monday and that she'd have her receptionist contact me with further details over the weekend. The manager ever circled my contact info on my resume in red pen and wrote "contact" next to it. Well, I was never contacted. I emailed them early Monday morning, thinking my resume was merely over-looked, but the response I got back was, "If you had an appointment they would have called you to confirm!" I was so utterly confused. I was happy to not have the opportunity to work with this very impersonal, uncaring, unorganized company.
