Digitalent interview questions

Initial phone interview was positive...I was asked the generic preliminary questions (what am I looking for, what sets me apart, etc). In-person interview was more of the same, very pleasant. What I did not appreciate being asked, on the initial phone screen, was if I was looking into other positions. I don't know if this is protocol, but I felt as if it was a breach. It is my prerogative to interview wherever I would like, and to keep my options as open as possible. Just as a company can choose to offer a position to anyone they would like, I have the same autonomy. It rubbed me the wrong way and soured the experience.

Easy going, seemed like a great place to work - seemed being the operative word. It was 2 rounds of interviews with various people from the company. 1 recruiter, 2 managers, and the ceo
