They had several members of the Digitalent team interview me at separate times and had several rounds for interviews. Straight forward interview with no curve balls or confusing questions. Big emphasis on company culture and being a great fit.
The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Digitalent (New York, NY)
Interview
Initial phone interview was positive...I was asked the generic preliminary questions (what am I looking for, what sets me apart, etc). In-person interview was more of the same, very pleasant. What I did not appreciate being asked, on the initial phone screen, was if I was looking into other positions. I don't know if this is protocol, but I felt as if it was a breach. It is my prerogative to interview wherever I would like, and to keep my options as open as possible. Just as a company can choose to offer a position to anyone they would like, I have the same autonomy. It rubbed me the wrong way and soured the experience.
