I applied for software developer job online and get interview invitation about 2 weeks. I go to office to have interview. There are 2 rounds. First with tech crews and get call in the week to have 2nd round interview with Head of Office. They all are very friendly.

Very nice and warm talk with HR, usual topics, at this point I didn't consider applying, but HR was really positive about me so I decided to agree on round 2, meeting with tech guys. The tech interview was mostly about my skills, experiences and interests. Nice talk, nice people, however at a time my skill set was really specific and not quite what they wanted, so I didn't get the offer but the HR informed me about the rejection the next day, so no long waiting, and there was no hard feelings at all.
