I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digitas (New York, NY) in June 2021
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter and then three 30 minute behavioral interviews with members of the team.
Interviewed in June 2021, so everything was 100% virtual through Microsoft Teams. They had tech issues on their end, so it ended up being over the phone.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digitas (New York, NY) in June 2025
Interview
Phone screen with a specific recruiter was probably the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. The conversation went left from the beginning, it just felt like there was little interest in the work I had done and a lot of bias based on an earlier scheduling mixup we had earlier in the day. I think recruiters are often the first line of introduction to your company and this recruiter definitely didn't make feel like I wanted to work there.

Question 1
Agency work? Communicated results to stakeholders?
A recruiter call, followed by three rounds of interviews. Process took a bit of time, but that’s typical. Interviewers were kind and asked probing questions. Be prepared to come with examples and knowledge of the company.
