Standard interviewing processes. I interviewed with the location manager and later the General Manager. I was screened for drug use and I had to pass a state exam for Insurance Licensing. They compensated for all of the above.

They were very quick to respond to my application, firstly. Secondly, they they were very thorough at explaining the job and how pay works. Even had a folder with literature that helped explain it.

The interview process was pretty easy for the most part. The environment was professional and clean. You will have to get a background check and drug test. The normal process. Dress professionally if you end up with an interview.
