Had an informal interview as I was transferring from Macy's and had been promised the position prior to the interview. I met with the store manager and discussed a salary. Was given higher bass salary but no commission opportunity.

Very easy interview with the store manager, found out the same day if I got the job. Very quick to call and set up the starting date for me to come back to start working and training.
