Interviewed with director, then operations manager wanted to speak with me over the phone, but he had no say, so I was given an offer. Politics is way too big of an issue there.

Interview
I interviewed with the department manager. She basically went over my previous experience and skills from my resume. Then she went over the expectations of the position and the benefits that would be offered. Then the she said that they would make a decision within a couple of days.
Typical Retail interview. They ask you what you like about the position. If you have any ounce of experience you'll get hired. extra points for being extra customer service oriented

The interview was very quick. I was first called over the phone for an informal and then bought in for a formal interview with the store manager. The last interview was with the district manager.
