I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dillard's in Nov 2021
Interview
Very rushed, back to back interviews. Pretty much threatened indirectly by saying if I don't reach my sales goals then they cant pay me what I want and will cut my pay. Kept asking if any friends or family have worked for Dillard's before and what they told me about it. Asked me about previous pay and who had referred me for the job. If I would snitch on other employees. Overall, I ended up not taking the position.

Not very long. I had one by phone with the cosmetic rep and one with the store manager. Basic questions were asked. They basically want to make sure you're comfortable with getting people to come back by phone and rebooking with you.
