the interviewer is bad, the supervisor is bad, the culture looks like small company, do not go there work for them
so go to the other company to work.................bad culture bad culture
Very nice, they explained the role, what you will get out of it. Technical questions were based off of the role description and they were very concise and clear about any questions.

Interview
Got offered the job on the spot, then they dragged their feet waiting for someone to retire. Cut to 5 months later and more hoops to jump through (3 more phone interviews with engineers on different sites, after on-site interview) then they decide not to hire me. 5 months!!! Very unprofessional. Don't work here.
