It start by reviewing the resume, and a phone call and/or email.
Then If they like your resume and your email and respond they might arrange for office interview.
one person would interview you, usually your target language supervisor.
If there is a need to your target language, you will have a great chance.

The interview was short. They reviewed your resume and made a decision even before the interview. It took only fifteen minutes for the interview and I got a job offered.
