Its easy to get hired just have a license and a personality. The interviewer spent more time telling me about herself rather then asking questions about me. There was no phone interview. One face to face with the local Sales Manager. And, the respond time was quick.

There were no difficult questions. Just general questions about your past. No situational questions.
2 week process and the DSM lied about duties and responsibilities. Withheld information and had no insurance experience prior. Wasnt truthful about salary and commission and upper management always has a high turnover rate just like the employees

Met DSM at a store, she told me about the company. Nothing of which turned out to be true. She asked me to sell her roadside assistance. I was asked about times when customers were unhappy and how I fixed it
