      Interview

Done by a company called Red Rock learning ( the first stage). It's a group interview done by Jeff, basically you're asked your sales experience. Then Jeff babbles about how tough the job is, how the survival rate past 90 days is less than 30%, how autonomous the job is, and that you need to be a hotshot on the computer, only to wrap it up saying it's a 30k a yr. salary with a sliding scale of 14% commission. LOL, the way he made it sound one would think it was a 50k+ a yr. salary. Even though I wasn't offered the job ( because Jeff didn't think my CPU skills would cut it) it wouldn't have mattered...I would have declined, the salary is not even close to average for Fla. + currently I make a little above the average now. In addition, since the invite said I was qualified only to find out I got disqualified tells me a lot about Red Rock Learning and Direct Components...I myself don't trust them.

We certainly appreciate all the feedback we can get! Let us clarify a few things. The first stage interview is done by Jeff from RedRock Leadership. It is true, he does ask you about your sales experience. Our retention for those that make it past 90 days is 100, not 30% and everyone on the sales team that has remained on board after 90 days (over the past 3 1/2 years) is still with us. It is true you that once you are hired and trained, you will be left alone to do your job. So, it is definitely an autonomous position. I am not certain what this individual means about the $30k salary and a 14% sliding scale of 14% commission. This is not the compensation plan. Something else to clarify... we never offer a job after or during or after the first interview. We have a very detailed multi-part interview process. Lastly, I am not certain what this individual is referring to by "CPU skills." This interview process has helped us build a sales team of 15 sales people over the past 3 1/2 years. 70% + of our sales team earn more than $100k annually. Best of luck to you
