      Accounting Assistant Interview

      20 Nov 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Vancouver, BC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Direct Tap (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2016

      Interview

I had send my resume package to someone in the company who was taking care of hiring. The position was not posted and I had found out about it through a friend. After about a week, she sent me an email saying they'd like to have me in for an interview with several team members. The first interview was with the operations manager. It was round 20 minutes long and quite relaxed. The second interview was a week later with the customer service manager and controller. The interview was a bit more structured but still relaxed. A day later, the controller emailed me with an offer.
