Barely asked anything and hired me. Just needed to show up and say I was ready to work. Mass hiring is always nice. Just sat in a hallways until the name was called. Pretty straight forward.
I applied online. I interviewed at DirectBuy (Merrillville, IN) in Jan 2019
Interview
This was pretty quick. One interview and got the job. This also does pay $14.50 an hour with an option for over time, if approved first. He also offered a few options for shift schedules and asked me to rate which ones I wanted the most, because he wanted to make sure I'd be happy about it. I picked the shift that no one wanted, I believe that's why I got the offer.

Question 1
I forgot the details on the questions. I know he asked about my family.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DirectBuy (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2020
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to do a phone screen for the role. Next I did a video chat with the Head of UX/E-Commerce to discuss in more detail the position and my background. For the third step in the interviewing process (through video screen share) I was asked to go through a purchase path of any E-Comm brand and talk through how I would improve upon it.
