The interview process was smooth but not providing a feedback was unprofessional. At first they gave a small assignment which was to write a welcome email following which they took an hour long Excel test which tested basic Excel knowledge. Finally the HR took a basic interview. Even though everything went smooth, they didnt have the courtesy to revert back with the feedback. Also it would help explain the reason why the candidate was rejected, since everything went positive.
