Directions in Research interview questions

Short interview, typing test and one day orientation. It was very fast and easy, requiring only your necessary id's. Also, the trainers and people at work are very accommodating.

Called reception to inquire if position still open and had impromptu interview of only 2 questions about my weekend availability and approx. typing speed. Secured appointment for typing test 2 days later based on my responses. Typing test took place next to receptionist's desk on an old computer with a CRT monitor. Was handed a paper application to complete while receptionist hand calculated my score and must have met min requirement of 25 wpm. Was asked to wait only 10 minutes after handing in my application for the in-person interview with the HR guy. He asked me to read an easy paragraph of text at 6th grade level max. and really only asked about my phone center experience.
