Interview
First-round is a phone screening with a recruiter. The second round is also with the recruiter, but it is a video shown to the hiring managers. The pay structure is unique... the base salary was lower than I was looking for but they offer a commission structure.

Question 1
The questions were mostly general about my experience. There were some easier technical questions about how I would handle x paid search situation.
