Disability RMS Remote Contact Center Representative interview questions

I received a response from this company for an interview after applying via indeed. I met with the manager and a related team lead for the position. I thought the interview went well and was told that a recruiter would be in touch regarding the salary. I met with the recruiter via Zoom and he verified a salary amount of about $16.88 an hour. He stated that he would check with the manager to see if there was a chance that the salary could be negotiated based on my years of experience. I never heard back from him or the company. I had told him that I was willing to negotiate the salary, I really wanted the position and felt that the company is honestly not offering a livable wage for the role. I also feel that they should have let me know if there was a salary concern.
