Disclosure Scotland interview questions

An online application form had to be completed with references, then interview if successful after sift process. Background checks were also required. A maths assessment was added in later applications.

Correspondence was all by letter after applying online. Required to attend a face to face interview at their Glasgow base. This was competency based. Got back to me after about a week and I started about three weeks afterwards. Initial training went on for two weeks (9-5), then we were separated into teams.
