Disco (NY) interview questions

Was contacted 3 weeks following submittal of my resume with a take home test. There was no pre-screen, interview, nothing, just a take home assignment asking me to do a travel itinerary for Paris. This was a detailed itinerary that needed to include flight options, car service, dinner reservations, hotels, things to do and included 3 people with different schedules. If you are a seasoned EA, you know that building such a detailed itinerary does not take a couple minutes. Nonetheless, I completed the assignment, included questions that would be relevant to building the final and accurate details of the itinerary, and since I am located in US and the itinerary was requested for Paris, included my due diligence in researching with accuracy, giving it my all - taking a total of 2 hours. I never heard back from anyone. While I understand you receive plenty of applicants and we can all seem one in the same, the reality is we are humans. To not provide an update, or even acknowledge us is incredibly unkind. I am not upset that I did not get the job, I am upset that you treated this person who researched your company, tried to give you their all and time to the assignment, not even human decency to make formal contact.
