The interview process included 4 stages and took about 2 months. Applied through LinkedIn and was contacted through email about 2 weeks later. Stages included phone call with recruiter --> interview with hiring manager --> skills test --> panel interview The interview with the HM and panel were very behavioral interviewing focused. The people who work at Discord are super nice and love to have an organic conversation! Just try to relax and be yourself., they really appreciate someone who is just being true to themselves.
