I first had the initial HR call after I applied. The call went really well, and I was given a take home test with questions related to trust and safety. I was given a couple of days to work on it, then submitted it. After that I had a call with a manager from trust and safety regarding my answers. They warn you in advance, but they question you over and over about why you answered a question a certain way. I didn't get an offer and I think it worked out for the best.
