Inerview was a joke. We were told if we parked in the wrong space we would be towed! 50-100 candidates were brought to the office over several hours. We were sent into a roon to fill out various quizes. There was an IT test, a personality test, a math test. Another personality test was done online. An hour later some people met with the owner Jesse for a few minutes. The only thing we wanted to know was "how much money do you want"? He said the job would pay about $15/hour. The candidates were mid level and senior experienced IT engineers. Had we known how the "interview" would go many of us would not have wasted our time. The owner Jesse Menczer races cars and appears to lowball his employees to pay for his hobby. He is only interested in getting the cheapest person.
