Sit down in the restaurant with someone from the recruitment team. They wanted people to have 1-2 years experience, but I didn't. They want you to come across friendly and outgoing.

Question 1
They asked about steps of service and how you would manage multiple tables coming in at once.
What do you know about Dishoom, previous experience, speaking about the company benefits. Invited to a welcome day, then a meal with team, exams on allergens and waitressing were to be passed before being able to get service charge.
First interview with their internal recruiter - very casual face to face meeting, the recruiter was very friendly and lovely. I was put straight forward to join their onboarding which was also great - happened super fast

Did you have good knowledge of allergens / what is the process of dealing with an allergen
Sit down interview with the area manager. Semi-formal. A lot of questions relating to the role and the company and its ethos. Was initially contacted by a recruiter, and then straight to an on-site interview.
